Now, I want to share my favorite of the collection: Love. Keep reading for the scoop on this amazing scent!

Scent description: "An inspiration from the Marshmallow. A pure sensual treat."
I say: I love Love! This perfume is gourmand without being terribly foody, somehow. Maybe because that overly sweet, sugary, marshmallow-y note is most present at the opening of the scent but fades as it evolves. Love is not just gourmand, though, as it's got quite a nice array of floral notes running through it.
The scent opens with sugar, to me, though I have read other reviews that declare the florals to be the opening notes. Sure, they're there, but I definitely get that blast of sugar (somewhat similar to the sweet note in BPAL's TKO that I love so much). It's a vanilla'd sugar, but comes across as more Crème brûlée than straight-up vanilla bean.
I also get a slight spicy twist to the yummy candied goodness. This is probably the corriander and maybe the pepper berries (not familiar with that note). It helps keep the floral sugar moments of the scent from getting too girly.
Neroli is prominent, as are a (not aggressive) jasmine and iris. Surprisingly to me is the fact that the Bulgarian rose doesn't over-exert itself on my skin; since I'm allergic and my chemistry amps the rose note in most perfumes, I'm quite pleased! The florals, on me, are not heady, rather fresh and pretty... but with a naughty wink.
I've read reviews of this scent comparing it to Hanae Mori's Butterfly; not to me - I like the Hanae Mori scents, but this is not terribly Butterfly-like in my opinion. I've also seen descriptions likening the perfume to Hubba Bubba bubblegum, a comparison I don't understand at all!
The bottom notes, the dirty and overly sexy side of love, must be discussed. I suppose the Hubba Bubba crew had a different type of gum than I did, because mine surely didn't have civet and other musks in it! This last stage of the scent, musky and slighty sweet, lasts for eons and eons. This is not a scent one must reapply later in the day, unless you want another hit of that uber-sweet floral opening!
I like this view of love. It's like early love, to me: sweet and feminine at the start with a little spicy thrill, but settling into a sweet, animalistic passion that's close to the skin, like a new lover.
