Immediate thoughts: Now this sounds like something I'd like! I'm all about books and incense and candle wax. Yum! Can't wait!
When wet: Not sure at all what this smells like, but it's faint and reclusive.
Later: This smell is sharp. I definitely get that wax note, but the only other impression I have is "sharp".
Later still: Pretty much the same... It's almost as intense as an industrial cleaner.
Reflections: This perfume is a one trick pony, at least on my skin. I don't get any sense of books or parchments. At the end, once this has been on for hours, it's possible I smell the incense, but "faded" is the key word in the description. Linear, not overpowering in intensity of scent, but sharp! Completely unimpressive on me. Not awful, but not noteworthy.
Thanks, BPAL, for sending me these bottles to review.
