A little about me...

I'm *jen, and I'm a 30-something mom of one who works for a very well-known and trend-setting cosmetics company as a makeup artist. I'm MAC-trained, and enjoyed every second of my time with that company - I'm quite a MAC fiend! I also am available in the Richmond, VA area for weddings, special occasions, makeup parties, or any old reason you may want a makeup artist.

I am obsessed with high-end cosmetics and finding the truth about what works well and what doesn't.

I figure that since I'm going to be at the stores scooping my fingers in pots and asking for samples, since I'm going to be sniffing the newest scents, since I'm going to be swiping creams over my face, since I'm going to be perusing the websites and other blogs, since I have the early info and inside scoop on quite a few lines, I may as well write it down and put it in one coherent, concise place for you, my readers!

I also thought I'd put down some straight-from-the-artist's mouth tips, tricks, and hints to help you achieve the looks you want!
