I'm completely taken with Jane Schouten's world...

I plan on the new office here being bright white, to accent all of the color I collect. Jane's shop, All The Luck in the World, has some fabulous ideas for showcasing fun and unusual stuff. I can't even begin to hope I'll have this type of style in my new office, but will reference these pictures if I start to lose my way!

I especially love the little fluff hearts tacked to the wall!

It's not wrong... it's liberating, it's celebratory, and it's freeing. It's natural!

MAC rumor mill: this one's for all you Crazy Cat Ladies!

Will we be seeing cat-emblazoned MAC products this Fall? That's the scoop. I expect a repromote of Prrr! lipglass. What do you think about this rumor? 

I have a lovely tidbit to share from my MA. He said some time this fall there may be some sort of cat themed collection. He said in the computer there is information for 2 new eyeshadow quads one called "Russian Blue" and another called "Tabby Grey", also there is a lipgloss named "Meow".

Barbie got a new job, and it's in the tech world. YAY! I can't wait to read her blog. She's technically a computer engineer, a profession selected by fans during a recent "what's Barbie's next job?" search. Everyone who knows Barbie knows it's all about the accessories. In this case, a pink laptop,  smartphone, Bluetooth headset, and "binary code patterned tee." Can't wait to see her go toe-to-toe with Big Bang Theory's Sheldon.

PS: I wonder if she got her one of them there OPI nail polish Dell computer thingies? My bet's on Rosy Future...
