The color is harder to explain. While the boring name, Pretty Grey, would seem to explain it all --- it doesn't. This shade is more of an opalescent-verging-on-duochrome. Usually it's a pearly-grey-pink, though in some lights the pink almost over-takes the shade. The micro-shimmer is pink and the base is probably a cool-tone greige rather than a straight-up grey.
While it's not a color for everyone (warm-toned girls will probably want to run from it), this lacquer hits the spot for The Ninja in those times when a prettier, softer version of greige is called for. What? This happens!
Clearly, not everyone thought this shade was as pretty as the name implies, or there wouldn't have been so many at the Dollar General, but if you're near one and you think you're interested, take a look. Certainly a fun addition to The Ninja's collection... and at a dollar a piece why not take the risk?
