I don't usually just "bite" on random pitches that flood my inbox (believe me- that's a good thing!). But this one just struck me as interesting. I wish I could take part in it! I'll tell ya, though, I may look into one of the videos for days I can't make it to the gym.
What am I on about? Well, there's a new "fitness craze" called Physique 57. Have you heard of it? I hadn't, but now that I know about it, I'm all about it. After reading about these "isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches" , I think it will kick my ass, but apparently when it's done doing so, my ass will be higher and tighter, my legs and arms leaner and more defined, and my middle not quite so spreading.
So the pitch? Biore (you've heard of them, right?) is pairing with Physique 57 to bring this fitness style to the broader public (it's now only available in classes in NYC and LA). So you can take a class - to learn all about it - and clean up afterward with Biore Makeup Removing Towlettes, which you'll get for free.
We know that wipes aren't necessarily the best way to go on a nightly basis, but are perfect for post-gym clean-up, right? And it sounds like you'll have plenty of blood, sweat and tears to wipe away after this workout.
If you're the type who wants to know which celeb bodies were sculpted with this workout, how do the names Kelly Ripa, Zooey Deschanel, and Karolina Kurkova strike you? One thing I can say: they're all willowy and strong-looking, right?
Register to try the class here: www.biore.com/usa/physique57tour
They'll let you walk in if space allows, but if you're serious you'll want to register in advaance.
