So... it's an ad for a mascara, right?
And the purpose of many mascaras is to add volume and length, right?
And so they're advertising that for 96% of those tested, it worked. I have to wonder how Revlon's other mascaras would test...
OK, I get it. Grow Luscious mascara is supposed to "complement the natural life cycle of your lashes" (whatever that means). I guess it's meant to imply that it's going to grow longer lashes for you, though I see only doubletalk and no actual statement to that effect.
But really read that advertisement: "...saw instantly longer lashes". No lash growing product is instant, so basically this is just a normal result of MASCARA.
It may or may not be a great mascara. I haven't tested it. It might be my Holy Grail mascara for all I know! I'm just saying that if it's going to literally add instant length to my lashes, and not just the appearance of length due to the mascara, than it's not a mascara wand... it's a magic wand.
